DEBEAM is a desktop support for laptops, with a minimalist design and made of birch wood by the Spanish studio Debosc (Gerona).
With DEBEAM, the computer is at a height suitable for the eyes and at an inclination that facilitates a comfortable posture for both the back and the hands.
The support is made up of three pieces that fit together, very light, and that are sent together with an elastic band that makes it very easy to transport. Stoppers on the front of the side pieces prevent the computer from slipping, and the center piece has two different positions so the stand will work with laptops of all sizes. In addition, the inclination and simplicity of the DEBEAM structure facilitate the ventilation of the device.
DEBOSC is made up of a family fascinated by wood and wood design . The idea of creating it came from Lluís, the father, who wanted to find new ways of relating to the material with which he has always worked and which is a vital part of the daily landscape in his town, Anglès (Girona). The rest of the family joined little by little to create this very special project.
